Trumaticin varmatoimisella ilmakeskuslämmityksellä lämpiää myös käyttövedet tehokkaasti, kaikissa ikkunoissa/kattoluukuissa hyönteis/pimennys verhot, markiisi asennettu uutena 2018 ja on edelleen tosi siisti, wc-kasetti uusittu 2025, kaikki kattoluukut uusittu 2025, huollettu ja jakohihna vaihdettu 5/2026, 2kpl 11kg kaasupulloja, invertteri 1500wattia, katsastettu 5/2026 huomautuksitta, pyöräteline kolmelle pyörälle, makuupaikat viidelle, ollut kesäkäytössä lähes koko ikänsä ei oo ajettu talvisin, talvisäilytyksessä ollut aina kuivassa tilassa. Tämän saa vielä parkkiin helposti minne vaan, koska menee just parkki ruutuun. Pituus 5,9m, kok.paino 3200kg eli saa ajaa B-kortilla.
