Talovaunu on ollut hyvin vähäisellä ja siistillä käytöllä, yhdellä omistajalla. Vaunussa on oleskelutila/makuuhuone, keittiö ja kylpyhuone. Vastaavaa vaunua myydään edelleen Lapellandilla (kamiinan paikka eri): https://lapelland.fi/vaunut/mokkivaunu-kylpyhuoneella/

Vastaavasti varustellun vaunun hinta uutena ostettaessa on noin 55000.


Talovaunu lämpiää kätevästi pelkällä kamiinalla, mutta lisäksi voi käyttää sähköpuhallinta ja -patteria halutessaan. Lattialämmitys lisää käyttömukavuutta viileämmillä ilmoilla. Sisäväritys on valoisa ja raikas. Vihertävään taittava ulkoväritys puolestaan maastoutuu ja sopii hyvin kaikenlaisiin ympäristöihin. Isot ikkunat tuovat maiseman sisälle ja avartavat tunnelmaa. Kiinteät 2 k lämpöikkunat, avattava tuuletusikkuna kph:ssa, perällä ja takaseinällä.
