Aikansa Luxus telivaunu. Ollut yhdellä omistajalla. Käyttö ollut lähinnä lisämajoitustilana eli vedetty tosi vähän. Kunto sisältä (pinnat & päälliset) lähes moitteeton. Toki näin vanhassa joitain jälkiä näkyy, mutta yleisilme todella siisti. Ei homepilkkuja eikä hajuja. Tekniikka: jääkaappia, lämmityslaitetta taikka liettä ei ole käytetty vuosiin eli näissä varauduttava huoltoihin. Käyntioven alaosassa olevasta ilmanvaihtoluukusta on kosteutta päässyt lattiaan eli pienestä kohdasta oven pielestä lattia hieman pehmeä (helppo korjata). Oikean etukulman muovi saanut hieman kipeää. Ulkovalot; kaikki parkit ja jarruvalot toimivat eikä maadoitusvikaa.
