Leimalle pitäisi tehdä Lattialevy uusiksi ~250e.


Ammattisiivooja on hinkannut liat pois lattiasta kattoon ja otsonoinut sekä maalannut joten pohjatyöt on tehty melkeinpä kauttaaltaan, senkun maalaat tai sisustat haluamallasi tavalla uudelleen helposti nyt.

Vaatisi vielä jotain naisen kosketusta eli verhojen laittoa ja sohvatyynyjen uudelleenpäällystämistä niin saisi hienon mökki-lisähuoneen tästä esimerkiksi.


Keittiö ja Wc sekä lämmitin purettu pois.

Vaunussa 230v pistorasiat ja 12v akulla valaistus.


Ennakkolisämaksulla: Voin tuoda vaunun Somero-Salo alueelle pihallesi mutta en pakita ahtaisiin paikkoihin jätän vain vaunun pihallesi.


Vaihtokin käy lähes mihin vain ajoneuvoon päittäin. Autoon, mönkijään, kelkkaan, prätkään pakuun etc.


Hinta on 950e en tinkaa.
